High Precision Display, Pushbutton & Indicator Components and Marking Thierica Display Products can laser etch or mark virtually any visual display, pushbutton or rocker component with multiple colors as well as compound surfaces to with ± .10 mm.  These close tolerances combined with our cutting edge technology in both finishing systems and laser etching have given us a reputation as an expert problem solver – regardless of the circumstances.

From Marking to Complete Sub-Assembly

We can mold, paint, silkscreen, hot stamp, pad print, laser etch or engrave to your specifications with a high level of precision.  Our capabilities give you “one source” shopping from creation of the injection molded tools to assembly of finished paint and laser etched components.  In addition, our in-house capabilities allow us to meet your individual scheduling requirements, including J.I.T. delivery.

The Capability to Meet Your Needs

We have broad experience in spherical and complex surface engraving, pad printing, angular screen printing and we employ several proprietary marking technologies.  Our fully automated robotic coating lines can apply multiple layers of paint which are repeatedly measured for paint thickness to give consistent laser etch results from the first part to the last.  We can also apply clear coating, soft-touch paint, and EMI/RFI shielding for your projects.  Every project must meet our critical standards for paint coverage, thickness, gloss, performance and user acceptability.
